An ode to the ancient ocean beings. Whale dreamer was created as I was sitting on the beach on Fitzroy Island in Far North Queensland. Not to far form shore a mother and baby whale where breaching and playing. So much joy and love arose from my being and I wanted to honour the great whale spirit with this piece. 
 
The dreamer is one who tunes in, and speaks to the spirit of things with the heart. I envisioned this to be a moonlit night time scene with sparkling moonlight and purple blue tones. 
 
THis piece is made up of 3 layers of ply. Laser cut and painted with acrylics.
Measuring approx 58cm high x 30cm wide.
